Dr. Rachel Dai is dual board-certified! She is a diplomate of both American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from McGill University, Canada, with the honor of being awarded the Dr. Janet Griffin-Merth Scholarship in Dentistry for her academic and clinical achievements. She finished her GPR residency at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and received her certificate in pediatric dentistry and a master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) from the University of Texas at Houston. She is also a certified biological dentist and has extensive experience in orthodontics and esthetic dentistry.

If it is after hours or on the weekend, a live answering service will contact the doctor on call. For orthodontic emergencies, there is always an orthodontic assistant on-call.
